General Acceptance

Bonus Policy

Our welcome bonus package includes 500% up to CAD $2,600 across four deposits, which must be redeemed within a specified timeframe. The bonus will be automatically credited after the deposit has been made. You agree not to use any unfair methods to receive or maintain your bonuses.

Responsible Gaming

Limitation of Liability

In no event will we be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of our services, even if we have been advised of such loss.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes related to these Terms and Conditions will be resolved in accordance with a binding arbitration procedure under the Rules of Arbitration of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce.

AMENDMENTS AND CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to change or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice, including changes made for security, maintenance, or other reasons. Your continued use of our services after such change will be deemed your acceptance of the amended terms.
